Free check
Is the CV check really free?
Yes. The quick check needs no signup and no payment. If you create a free account, you also get free deep checks every month, an application tracker and curated jobs. Nothing renews, and free tools never ask for payment details.
What does the check look at?
The quick check looks at your CV's format (can screening software read it, are the key sections there) and how well it covers the skills and keywords in the job ad you paste. The deep check, after free signup, compares each requirement in the job with what your CV shows and suggests fixes line by line.
Do you use AI?
The free quick check uses fixed rules, not AI, and your text is not sent to any AI service. The deep check after signup uses software, including an AI service, after contact details and ID numbers are removed. Anything we write for you is written or edited and checked by a person, using only facts you gave us.
Expert services
Can you guarantee I'll get interviews or a job?
No. Nobody honest can, because employers decide. We guarantee the work we promise: the deliverables listed, on time, with the revisions included, or your money back.
Who writes my CV?
A member of our team, named on your order, writes it. A second person checks it against our quality checks before delivery. You can read about how we work on our About page.
Will you add skills or experience to make me look better?
No. We help you describe what you have actually done, clearly and in the employer's language. If you lack something a job asks for, we tell you honestly in your change notes.
How long does it take?
Every service states its delivery time in working days, counted from your completed order form. You can see each one on our prices page. Working days are Sunday to Thursday, excluding public holidays. Some services offer Express for faster delivery.
What if I don't like the result?
Most services include revision rounds, and the number is shown on each service. Tell us what to change. If we made a mistake, fixing it does not use up a round.
I have more than 5 years' experience. Can you help?
Yes, in most cases. For 6 or more years, a senior specialist also reviews your CV. If we cannot take your order, you get a full refund.
Payment and refunds
How do I pay?
With bKash. After you choose a service, open the bKash app, choose Payment, pay our merchant number with your order reference, then enter the transaction ID on your order page. We verify it and email you. You need a verified email address before paying. There is no subscription.
What if you're late?
You choose: a full refund, or keep the order and get 50% of your money back when it arrives.
Can I get a refund?
Yes. Full refund if you cancel before we start. 50% if you cancel after your expert has started and before delivery. After delivery, we work through your included revisions instead. Refunds go back to your bKash account within 10 days.
Privacy and safety
Is my CV safe?
The free quick check does not store your CV at all. For signed-in checks and orders, your CV is used only for your reports and your order. We don't sell it or share it with employers. Only the people working on your order can open it, and you can delete your data from your account.
Do you need my Bdjobs or LinkedIn password?
Never. We give you the text, and you paste it in yourself. If anyone claiming to be us asks for a password, it isn't us.
Do you find jobs for people or charge for job offers?
No. We never charge for jobs, interviews or 'security deposits'. We show curated job listings for free, and you apply directly to the employer.
